We are closed on all major holidays.

There are a few single spaces in and around the salon, and down the alley there is a large parking lot.
Parking outside our backdoor is restricted for employees only.
Absolutely, yes! Call us when you arrive and we will send someone out to escort you in in the event you’re feeling unsteady. No one wants anyone to fall especially if it’s wet or snowy.
Salon Etiquette
Yes, for the most part, BUT call us.
All of our stylists organize their schedules based on appointments and services performed, but you are always welcome to call us to see if one our stylists has an opening. You never know!
Please call our salon if you are running late for your appointment. Our receptionist will check with your hair stylist to ensure you will still be able to receive your desired services or discuss options if changes need to be made to accommodate you properly.
We understand that unexpected circumstances arise, and are happy to accommodate your needs. As a courtesy to our stylists and other guests, please call our salon if you need to reschedule your appointment.
Some of our stylists have cancelation fees as determined per stylist. Fees might be applicable if appointment is canceled less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
When calling salon, there is an option to call your stylist directly, or visit the Collab Staff page and find out how to contact your stylist directly.
Yes, but we ask that you watch your child closely during your appointment.
There are many dangers in a salon such as hot water, irons, sharp objects, chemicals, etc.

Yes, you can bring in outside food and drink, salon staff will help you set it up in a designated area for your party to enjoy.
Monetary & Payments
Our stylists have their own specialties, and therefore, their own prices.
Please see our members area for our individual stylist’s prices.
Cash is always a nice option for your stylist and it avoids all the fees they will incur using the card reader, but in the event you need to tip on the credit card, that is an option.

All of our stylists are experienced, highly educated and extremely talented. Our stylists specialize in specific services, such as Keratin treatments and hair extensions, and vary in prices.
We recommend speaking to one of our receptionists who can match you with a stylist that will suit your needs depending on your hair and budget.
Our highly educated stylists offer a thorough consultation to help give you the cut and style you are looking for. They will take into consideration your facial features, styling needs and daily routine to give you the best look for your lifestyle.

Yes, all of our stylists are licensed and insured to ensure everyone’s safety.
Yes, Collab offers an array of shampoo / conditioners, styling and grooming products for clients to keep their hair looking pristine.
Collab Salon has complimentary coffee, tea, and water available to all of our clients.
Services Questions
That depends on the service – in general, hair cutting services are 1 hour, color services can range from 2 hours and up.
Our stylists use the products that they are most comfortable and familiar with, so this depends on your stylist.
In general, the products most likely used are by:

- Pulp Riot
- Redken
Yes, Collab stylists offer a non ammonia color line that’s less harsh for people with sensitivities.
We recommend it.
If you want to invest in products that will help keep your hair looking like you just left the salon, your hair will surely thank you for it.
There are products they can put in the color to help soothe the scalp while getting a color service. If all else fails the good old fashion pink sweet n low packets work in a pinch.
This depends on how fast your hair grows, but generally 4-6 weeks is the common or usual rate.
Even though our highlights are usually done with permanent color, eventually they will grow out within 5-8 weeks. We recommend having your highlights touched up every 6 weeks.
Full face of traditional foundation or airbrush makeup – lashes, eyes, cheeks and lips.
When getting Makeup applications a clean face is desired however makeup can be easily removed and skin prepping can be done before your service.
We know it can be uncomfortable for some to leave the house without makeup.
No, Collab salon does not offer nail services.
No, Collab salon does not offer facials / massage services.
COVID-19 Questions
In compliance with the Governors orders we may have on masks but as a patron you have the choice to wear a mask or not. Please do what makes you feel comfortable.
Our team has taken every required precaution stated in the Salon Task Force guidelines to keep the salon clean and safe. We have also hired additional cleaning team members whose job is sanitation. However we can not guarantee that you will not come in contact with Covid-19 in the salon. Please do what you feel is comfortable.
